Mon Cheri "Amy" size 6 white wedding gown. Strapless tiara satin and organza full A-line dress features a soft sweetheart neckline with a sheer beaded inset, Basque waistline and chapel length train. The bodice and the skirt have silver beading and embroidery with Swarovski crystal accents that reflect the light and add the perfect amount of sparkle. The dress has a couture bodice shaper built in so you don't need to wear a bra or bustier. I bought a bustier to wear under it and ended up not even using it. It just added unnecessary bulk. The bodice shaper holds everything in and gives a smooth look. I had cups sewn into the bust that could easily be removed if need be. I'm a 32C and it fit me perfectly once I added the cups. I also added an over bustle so the train can be taken up at the reception but you don’t loose any of the beading detail. The skirt is a full A-line, but it can be worn with or without a crinoline or petticoat, depending on how full you want it. I wore it with a petticoat (which I will include with the dress) for the ceremony so I wouldn’t step on the hemline of my skirt, but then took off the petticoat for the reception so it was less bulky. The dress was a custom hem length so I wouldn't lose any of the beading. I'm about 5'3" and i wore two inch heels and it was the perfect length with a petticoat under it. It would be fine for someone an inch or two taller if they wore flats or lower heels, and likewise if would work for someone shorter if they wore taller heels or had the hem shortened. Mon Cheri gives the following measurements for a size 6: bust - 35", waist - 26.5", hips - 38". My measurements weren't spot on and it still fit beautifully. In fact when I came for my first fitting my consultant asked if I'd done custom measurements because it fit like it was made for me. This gown is gorgeous and was perfect for my wedding. It has just the right amount of sparkle with the Swarovski without being overdone. I've been on the fence about selling it since I loved my gown so much, but I know it will just sit in the closet for years if I keep it and go to waste. It just needs the hem line cleaned and the wrinkles steamed out and it's ready to wear. The petticoat I am including is a size 4. I purchased this dress new for $1500 and am asking $800.
